Hi there, I’m Demi!

I’m a Dutch artist based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, where I spend my time playing with paint and pixels. When I’m not drawing digitally, you’ll find me diving into acrylics (my trusty go-to), but honestly, I love to mix things up! I’ll grab anything from ink to paint markers, and I’m always on the hunt for something fun to add texture; whether it’s paper, gemstones, or even a little texture paste magic. And while I’ve got a soft spot for all things spooky and horror, my art is bursting with bold, bright colors that just can’t be ignored!

Art has been in my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was totally enchanted by my mom; watching her weave magic with a pencil and paper made me want to jump into the creative world too. After years of doodling on screens, I picked up a paintbrush just for fun one day, and guess what? That brush hasn’t left my hand since!

I love all things creative; whether it’s painting, drawing, photography, crafting, or even writing. There’s something about working with my hands that just feels right, like I’m following in the footsteps of my mom’s creative spirit. Every piece I create has its own story to tell, and honestly? It’s kind of like making magic

Artist statement

My art draws inspiration from the things that truly matter to me: identity, diversity, gender, nature, and mental health. I’m on a mission to brighten up the world; one vibrant, textured painting at a time! I believe in equality, justice, and peace for everyone, and I want to be a positive force within my community.

I think when we come together, share our stories, and lift each other up, we can make real change. Every moment, every adventure, and every person we meet has the power to shape our world. Art is a beautiful way to capture those moments, spark conversations, and inspire hearts.

At the core of my work is a deep respect for all life on this planet. I’m all about protecting and celebrating the beauty around us, and I hope my art shines a light on that love.

Still round the corner there may wait,
a new road or a secret gate
